VIDE4Y is a young non-profit association active in the fields of intercultural dialogue and education.
The association is not profit-oriented and pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes, specifically the development and support of national and international integration, education, and youth projects that promote peaceful, respectful, and sustainable coexistence in Austria, Europe, and globally—regardless of differences in origin, culture, religion, or belief. It also promotes peace-building intercultural dialogue through the support of international volunteer work and internships.
The goal of VIDE4Y’s activities is to foster mutual understanding between people of different generations, ethnicities, peoples, and nations and to heighten awareness of the common ground behind apparent diversity. VIDE4Y actively works to establish networks and reliable framework agreements to achieve these goals through training, educational opportunities, and international exchange.
VIDE4Y organizes lectures, excursions, discussion evenings, specialist and informational events, conferences, workshops, seminars, and international meetings aimed at exchanging ideas, thoughts, and approaches. The association also supports and promotes national, regional, and local initiatives to expand and strengthen intercultural coexistence; it is active in cultivating and expanding contacts with other national and international organizations involved in international integration, education, and youth projects.
